Educational purposes only. TapeSense is a learning tool. Nothing on this site is financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. We are not a broker, dealer, or investment adviser.

1. What TapeSense is

TapeSense provides simulated market-pattern exercises and educational lessons about how stock markets work. All charts, companies, prices, and scenarios in the games are simulated and do not reflect real market data or predict real outcomes.

2. No guarantees

Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss. We make no guarantee that the skills practiced here will lead to profits in real markets. Past simulated performance does not predict future results. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose, and consider paper trading before risking real capital.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase TapeSense Pro, or have the permission and involvement of a parent or guardian. The free portions of the site may be used by younger learners with parental guidance.

4. TapeSense Pro license

Pro is a one-time purchase of $19.99 USD, processed securely by PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
Your Pro access is a single-user, non-transferable license tied to the email address you provide at checkout.
After PayPal confirms your payment, our server issues you a signed license key. Pro unlocks only after that verification — there is no way to activate Pro without a completed payment.
You may use your license key to activate Pro on your own devices. Sharing your key publicly or reselling it may result in the license being revoked.

5. All sales final

All TapeSense Pro sales are final — we do not offer refunds. TapeSense includes free lessons and free game plays so you can evaluate it fully before purchasing. Please use them to make sure it is right for you.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the service, attempt to circumvent payment verification, scrape the lesson content for redistribution, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

All lessons, exercises, text, and design on TapeSense are our property and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TapeSense is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any trading losses, decisions you make based on the educational content, or interruptions to the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pro.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
